Terms and conditions
1. All hired items remain the sole property of Pink Lemon Event Accessories.

2. The ‘hire’ is for the period as agreed and must be returned as arranged.

3. The responsibility for the equipment lies with the customer from the time of delivery
     to the time of collection.

4. Items for return (if not collected by a member of Pink Lemon) must be packed as
    instructed in the boxes provided and be available for collection at the pre arranged
    collection address. The courier will only collect from the agreed collection address;
    failure to comply with this term may result in additional courier charges.

5. The customer shall pay 50% (non-refundable) deposit of the total hire cost to
    confirm the booking.  The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the
    event date.

6. A £50 refundable cheque is required to cover the hire of the items. The cheque
    will be returned within 7 working days of receipt of hired items once they have been
    checked for damages.

7. No chair covers or sashes will be sent to the client until full payment has been
    received.

8. The cost of replacement of items can be provided upon request.

9. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the chair covers are both
    suitable and fit the chairs at your venue.  We are more than happy to provide a
    sample to ensure a good fit.

10.Confirmation of the customers exact requirements regarding the number of covers
      and sashes required should be advised to Pink Lemon no later than fourteen days
      before your event.  Adjustments after this time are at the discretion of Pink Lemon
      Event Accessories.

11. All chair covers and sashes are laundered which is included in the hire price. 
      Standard laundering will remove most stains such as drink spillage, food stains,
      mud and shoe polish.  However any damages that are perceived by Pink Lemon
      Event Accessories to have been caused by treating the covers without due care
      may result in an additional laundering/repair charge being issued (taken from the
      refundable deposit).

12. Boxes are provided by Pink Lemon Event Accessories for the return of covers and
      sashes (if applicable and not collected by a member of Pink Lemon).  All hired items
      are to be returned in the provided boxes only.  Instructions will be included on how
      to pack them.  Sashes must be removed from the chair cover and untied.  Covers
      must be distributed evenly between the supplied boxes due to the weight.

13. The total number of hired items must be returned as agreed to Pink Lemon Event
       Accessories after your event.  Any missing/non-returned items will require full
       value payment which will be taken from the £50 refundable cheque.

14. If we are providing a set up service the customer must be specific which function
      room/area the event will take place.

15. All samples are issued so that the customer can check the suitability of the cover. 
      The samples must be returned to confirm the booking.

16. All. prices are inclusive of all relevant taxes and vat.

17. All postage costs (if applicable) are based on the current UK rates.
